Amir leads SUPERMOON and has effected various transformations of the business since 2002, culminating in the rebrand in late 2015. A classically trained business strategist, Amir has an irrational passion for solving business problems that positively impact society and the world. Building on deep experience in the foundational growth of eHarmony, Hotwire, LegalZoom and TrueCar, Amir sets a culture of entrepreneurship for SUPERMOON that touches every aspect of how we work and engage.

DERO steers the creative vision of SUPERMOON. An artist by trade, he prides himself with growing a department of craftsmen and specialists who collaboratively bring a fresh approach to the work they do and the problems they solve. His past experience at agencies like Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Deutsch LA, and Leo Burnett Chicago have allowed him to make iconic, award winning work for brands like Nintendo, Burger King, Lexus, Sprint, Microsoft, Pop Secret, and Emerald Nuts. Jill is the Director of Strategy for SUPERMOON. Burgeson has led creative strategy on big financial brands - Visa, American Express, MasterCard; the CPG world - Tostitos, Hillshire Farm, Bolthouse Farms; for fast-moving tech companies - Logitech, Comcast, Travelocity and recently helped successfully launch Taco Bell into the breakfast day-part. Jill’s strategic insight has fueled Cannes and Effie winning teams at TBWAChiatDay, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, McKinney and Deutsch LA. Her experience, optimism and entrepreneurial drive creates a unique balance of pragmatic and inspiring strategic leadership.

Nicole leads the account teams at SUPERMOON, and brings with her an approach to client management that is refreshingly honest, frank and fair. Building her teams with the ethos that respect is the foundation to any great relationship, Nicole has helped grow brands like Target, Bridgestone & Bolthouse Farms and tackles New Business with the enthusiasm and precision of a 15 year account veteran.
