IS A FULL-SERVICE ADVERTISING AGENCY BUILT FOR YOUNG BRANDS READY TO BREAK THROUGH
1 part engineer, 1 part entrepreneur, 1 part strategist, 1 part futurist makes for a refreshing cocktail of an ad agency CEO.
A classically trained business strategist at BCG, Amir accidentally started an ad agency in 2003 that went on to become Supermoon. Bringing a relentless numbers focus to the work, he has helped brands like eHarmony, Hotwire, LegalZoom, GameFly, and TrueCar craft their brand strategy and realize their advertising performance goals. He has the rare distinction of only having ever worked at his own agency and brings that entrepreneurial drive to everything we do.
Do not mention anything about exponential technologies around him, unless you have a lot of time on your hands.
President, Managing Partner
Kyle started his career in advertising at age 11, sending letters to companies that he thought were running their ads in the wrong TV shows. No one ever responded.
But a career in media and analytics was borne. Kyle started at Goldberg Moser O'Niell and Publicis/Hal Riney, helping brands like Dell and Subway become household names. Most recently he was part of the executive leadership team at Deutsch LA for 16 years. Kyle worked with iconic brands like Volkswagen, Sony PlayStation, Zillow, Sprint and more. Along the way, he helped Deutsch LA grow 6x, becoming one of the country's leading full-service agencies, making Advertising Age's Agency A-List multiple times.
When he's not watching old martial arts movies, Kyle also teaches advertising at the University of Southern California.

Nicole got her first job in advertising by proving she could lift a case of beer up two flights of stairs to the agency's 1st floor office. It was the Australian way.
Her unstoppable desire to get things done has led Nicole down the account management path, where she has spent the last 15 years building brands - and relationships - with clients. Most recently Nicole was at Deutsch, as a leader on the Target account, where she helped bring to life their innovative ‘Back to College' campaigns, including the world's first live-streamed and shop-able dorm room.
