Amir Haque

CEO, Founder

1 part engineer, 1 part entrepreneur, 1 part strategist, 1 part futurist makes for a refreshing cocktail of an ad agency CEO.

A classically trained business strategist at BCG, Amir accidentally started an ad agency in 2003 that went on to become Supermoon.  Bringing a relentless numbers focus to the work, he has helped brands like eHarmony, Hotwire, LegalZoom, GameFly, and TrueCar craft their brand strategy and realize their advertising performance goals. He has the rare distinction of only having ever worked at his own agency and brings that entrepreneurial drive to everything we do.

Do not mention anything about exponential technologies around him, unless you have a lot of time on your hands.

David DeRoma

Executive Creative Director, Partner

David steers the creative vision of SUPERMOON. An artist by trade, he prides himself with growing a department of craftsmen and specialists who collaboratively bring a fresh approach to the work they do and the problems they solve. His past experience at agencies like Crispin Porter + Bogusky, Deutsch LA, and Leo Burnett Chicago have allowed him to make iconic, award winning work for brands like Nintendo, Burger King, Lexus, Sprint, Microsoft, Pop Secret, and Emerald Nuts.

Jill Burgeson

Director of Strategy, Partner

Jill has been accurately described as a Type-A Hippie. She is ambitious, competitive and out-going wrapped up as a Boomer-Dad-music-loving, dream-catcher-having woman who would usually rather be outdoors.

Drive meets sensitivity has enabled Burgeson to uncover the pain and passion points of brand audiences over a wide range of industries and clients. She has led creative strategy in finance: Visa, American Express, MasterCard. In food: Tostitos, Hillshire Farm, Bolthouse Farms, Taco Bell. In tech: Logitech, Comcast, Travelocity and numerous apps. And in retail: CustomInk, Mizuno and recently The Honest Company. Jill’s strategic insight has fueled Cannes and Effie winning teams at TBWA\Chiat\Day, Goodby, Silverstein & Partners, McKinney and Deutsch.

Nicole Rowett

Director of Client Services, Partner

Nicole got her first job in advertising by proving she could lift a case of beer up two flights of stairs to the agency's 1st floor office. It was the Australian way.

Her unstoppable desire to get things done has led Nicole down the account management path, where she has spent the last 15 years building brands - and relationships - with clients. Most recently Nicole was at Deutsch, as a leader on the Target account, where she helped bring to life their innovative ‘Back to College' campaigns, including the world's first live-streamed and shop-able dorm room.

Allison Barnes

Director of Media

Allison's fascination with media planning started with a single college advertising class, and led to 18 successful years at media stalwart Starcom. While there, she earned multiple Effie, OAAA and SMG Fuel awards.  Allison delivered media solutions for a top brands like Kraft, Kellogg, Delta Faucets, Supercuts and Mattel, Legg Mason. Attracted by the tight media/creative connection here, Allison joined Supermoon four years ago, adding Hotwire, Concur and Bolthouse Farms to her roster. Allison is a dedicated traveler and is always planning her next backpacking adventure (Croatia is next!).
